‘Ocean Safety Ltd started work with Osprey early in 2022 to help with the design and development of the Mk6 Jon Buoy Recovery Module. This version of the world leading man overboard recovery system was our introduction into injection moulding. We relied very heavily on Osprey to help with the detailed design of the container for the Jon Buoy to ensure the tooling was manufactured in a way to produce the mouldings we needed. The end result being that Osprey produced a high quality and cost-effective container for the Jon Buoy to be packed into, and we now have a product that is a reliable addition to maritime safety.’ Alistair, Ocean Safety Ltd
